It all began with baking wholesome treats for her family. Baking was less of a hobby and more a language - a way of keeping her mother's stories alive. To hone her skills, Caroline immersed herself into formal training and with a pocket full of recipes and a head full of ideas, she began selling pastries at farmers markets and local events.
